can axis get frances oil or a % of allies,after fall of france. At the outbreak of the war, Germany’s stockpiles of fuel consisted of a total of 15 million barrels. The campaigns in Norway, Holland, Belgium, and France added another 5 million barrels in booty?? well this is aimed at the moders really,im not sure it can be added or can it?im new to the mods understanding ceaw editor needs time it would be great if battles like Kursk would take place from the 1939 map somehow,i have loaded kursk 43, manpower is very low i know kursk was a make or break for germany.i wish u could make forts in game it would help allies alot. so when axis beats france % of oil for axis,kursk?would be magic and build ing forts ingame like in north africa the brits race to make forts and the axis forces race for Cairo? well im off to understand the ceaw editor wish me luck and to all moders keep up the good work thanks v much and those guys with the posts of move by move that made me buy the game looks great, not saying the moders need to do this,but xmas is comming

No. The only oil you get is via production.

im asking can it be changed so that it happens in this manner or can i mod that into the game?i know this so already?
