Probable bug with encirclement

The attached screenshots show an example of unexpected engine behaviour, in this case resulting from experimenting with a small island made with the editor. But I think I have seen something similar in the main campaign, too (I think it was in map Dijon, near Troyes).

The problem doesn't disappear with explicit supply-symbols on map, as shown in the 3rd screenshot.

There´s no bug on the map.

Problem´s i see are user errors.
- u have 3 supply hexes on the island, those need a flag to work properly.
- the only other source of supply for the green player would be the harbour, which is blocked by a gray unit.

Ah! So supply hexes must have a flag, in addition to bare flagged victory hexes not providing supply.

The prob seems to disappear, when I mark one of the green victory-hexes (wich already have the green flag) as supply.
