VERY URGENT/ MULTIPLE USER BUG: PBEM Field of Glory Tournament login not working

Going on 12 hours, I cannot login to FoG Ancients PBM. I get a message (attached) that my details cannot be validated. This is urgent, given I am in the middle of a tournament where the round is ending.

Also, I can confirm that I can log in to battlesector and FoG Medieval. Please help asap

hello, same problem, and same situation. In the middle of a tournament. In battlesectors works fine, but the game show that error message in Field of glory II
