Scramble: Battle of Britain is a tactical dogfighting game set in 1940, featuring intense aerial battles in a 3D airspace. Players lead squadrons of Luftwaffe and RAF fighters, planning maneuvers, witnessing real-time simulations, and analyzing battle damage with detailed camera tools.
Interesting to see the Flight School video since there hasn't been any communication about the game for 2 years. No mention about game play so hoping that it is still WEGO.
I noticed that all the bombers were designated AI so does that mean they cannot be controlled by players in multiplayer or is it that when playing single player you can only control fighters?
Looking forward to regular updates and maybe even a release this year.
So, a question/suggestion. With how well the models look in the game, it might be a good idea to name them with very specific version types corresponding the models, instead of just Bf 109, go with the Bf 109E. If there are some meaningful stat differences between units, it can help further development and adding new planes without having to rework the exiting setup. No need to go into such large differences as what a E-1 version differs from E-3, but some added naming detail would be nice, even if it ends up not being used.
