The score was Pictish 44% and Palmyrans 34%, so my Palmyrans had a 10% lead at the end of the battle. At one point, I was close to achieving victory, yet if the battle had continued for longer, the more numerous Picts would have had the advantage. It's unlikely he could have achieved an outright win, however, as he had very few cavalry left.

Close,close,close. Flip flopped between us for most of the game before I went behind for the last few turns, decided dramatically on the last turn,when it completely turned around after a long, long grind. Excellent game.
