steep mountain on the left seized by viking kerns , from which charged down hill into armenian archers with good results

but in center and flank, in hily but not rough ground, the viking spears heavies found challenged by mobilee armenian horse

and some serious losses to the heavies , until cumulative attrition too much and the Armenians went home

broken ground in center and right perfect for Almughvars to advance fast and hit enemy spears and bows and routing them off , then wheeling to the left and repeating same , including routing 2 knigh units away, though one recovered but too late'

on the left , the german knights got to close contact and did some killing but too late to offset the bloodthirsty doubled up atttacks on right and center
