Allies Victorious Arnhem Scenario

So the briefing says to capture the airfield north of Arnhem ASAP. I can send paratroopers there and capture it right away, but I sure can't hold it for long. So what's the trick? Any tips are much appreciated.

Paras need to stay on a captured location a few turns until the flag is raised.
