A real struggle here. I had built up a good lead to see Konstantin, overtake it and then have a good lead himself. A rally for me and his Standard Wagon autobreaking made the difference.

Tough battle which could have gone either way. The Palmyran Cats proved deadly but the staying power of the Roman infantry assisted by a late recovery of their mounted supports carried the day.

On a battlefield with rough going on both flanks and scattered woods, a horde of Catalan light infantry and light horse effectively harassed the Muslim Indians. Then the Almughavars defeated the Indian right flank. After being behind most of the game, combats went better for the Indians on their left flank and they managed a successful counterattack on the right flank. Indian elephants were the difference against the Almughavars. Close game that could have gone either way. Good game, Eric.
