Quick Early Alan list question . . .

I forgot to pack my LT book . . . :roll:

Would someone be so kind as to shoot me the minimum required bases for the CAV lancers and the LH please?

I will be spending the next several nights on the road and want to fiddle some lists around. I wrote down the points values but for got the base # requirements.

0-30 nobles, 16 - 64 Horse Archers, all in BGs of 4-6 (plus 0-12 foot archers if you want them in 6-8s)
