Any way to fix Panzer Corps Gold Steam installation ?

Hi

I recently installed Panzer Corps Gold from Steam
My computer runs W10 64bits
I encounter a problem that seems not uncommon, but where i did not find any clear solution on the web.
Basically it seems i just have the base game without any DLC activated, especially without the Campaign extensions (Africa Corps, Soviet Corps etc)

I already tried to reinstall without luck

People seem to bave fixed this by using Steam Keys for each DLC, but i only have a Steam Key for Panzer Gold and using it again does not have any effect.
And as i don't have a serial and already a steam key, i can't redeem steam keys to activate specifically each DLC.

Is there any solution to fix the Steam installation ?
