How far into the East Campaign is this unit a viable choice? I'm currently in 1942. Assume an overstrength of 14.
Thanks for any opinions.

I’d say up to 1944 when soviets are attacking with self propelled artillery, which will randomly chunk you for 100-200 over strength prestige.
