Bizarre naval attack stats for some planes

The Japanese D4Y1 naval dive bomber has a 12 naval attack stat, but the Helldiver only has a naval attack of 5?

And the B6N2, a torpedo bomber, only has a naval attack of 5?

Another thing (I've mentioned this before in the post for ideas), it would be a really nice QoL feature to have a "unit library" tab on the main menu screen. It would lead to basically a purchase screen-style listing of all the units available for each faction (including nopurchase units) and ideally dates of availability for them all
