Is there a unit mod like AMULET for Panzercorps?

Hi guys, as stated, I'm wondering is there a mod that ''only'' adds a plethora of units, for any and all OOB campaigns, like the phenomenal AMULET for Panzer Corps? I could only find various campaign mods.
