How do you will maximise this army??
Hope you don't mind if I add something about your army:
To be honest I'd take some Light foot drop the medium foot and Heavy foot.
Take loads of Knights they will win the game for you the Light foot can cover them from bow fire and let you get in among the enemy BG's

Yes, I Know the answer: Lot of Knights but....
I like the mix of Norman Knight and Arab troops.
In the past I consider make a Abbasid army but I read a book about the Norman conquest of Sicily and I think about this army. I like represent the army of Roger I of Sicily more that the original Norman army of the previous members of the Hauteville family.
What will the list that allow optimize the mix of Arab and Norman troops.
