Panzer Corp 2 - New Unit Rework 9/27/23

Hey everyone, does anyone know if there was some sort of unannounced update or changelog to the units? Just today I saw a whole roster of new unit changes that were not previously in the game. I've listed some examples below

- 2cm Flakvierling 38 switches to artillery mode with 1 range
- 24cm 39 and other artillery completely missing from purchasing
- German Grenadiers gaining "Ferocious Entrenchment" and "Rapid-Fire" perk similar to GB HW and US HW
- Missing Half-Track Transports
- Increased movement stats for Tanks and Aircraft across the board
- Apparently, '45 infantry managed to appear in the purchase menu for a brief moment in AO45
- Large amounts of previously purchasable units like the Bruckenpanzer II & IV are completely missing

I have a lot more but this is the gist of the things that I can remember. I like some of the changes like the increased movement but the fact that so many other units are missing is quite frustrating, unless my game was broken to begin with. I don't have any mods enabled.
