Need PC 1 mods 1941TW, 1941C

Need the Panzer Corps Mod files for 1941TW & 1941C - please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just started playing Panzer Corp again after buying PC 2 and very dissatisfied with it. Don't get me wrong PC 2 has some good features. But, single-player the computer cheats beyond what it should and naval combat it handled with results that are just like land combat.
So, after a 5-year break I am looking to get back the mods to PC 1 and kick out some multiplayer rounds.
Currently playing 1941c but do not have the file (only my opponent does). I have asked for it but am getting nothing but excuses as to why he can't send it to me.
So, I am appealing to the PC Generals out there to step up to the plate and give a Veteran (both real ((Army)) and game) some love by sending the files to me.
Started with Panzer General and have all that followed: PC, OOB, & PC2.
