Soviet Corps - Battle of Budapest; where is the officer in charge

According to the briefing extra prestige can be earned by capturing and escorting the officer in charge (of the HQ hangar?) back to lines.
Apparently this officer should appear after destroying the hangar.
But no matter what i do this officer does not appear. Somehow i am doing something wrong but cannot figure out what.
Destroyed the hangar while completely surrounded and also while not surrounded.
I haven't seen any other unit which wasn't a regular fighting unit..So where is this officer hiding??

Near as I can tell, he doesn't exist as he doesn't show in the editor and nobody else seems to be able to find him either. Maybe he's a ruse (or a mistake) to get you to send your troops into the sewer. You get 4000 prestige no matter your result anyway. Maybe someone will find him someday and let us know.
