Wiking SS PS4

I got the specialization waffen SS in Blitzkrieg dlc but I did not get the Wiking SS unit. I am on PS4 and I do have the winter war dlc. Is the wiking ss unit not available for console?

I have no console version, but on PC it is showing up in the deployment pool once you selected the spec:

As Bebro says, it won't show until you have taken the Waffen SS Spec and that will be avaliblbefore the Yugoslavia scenario.

On PC you need to purchase the Winter War DLC to get the free Wiking Division Unit after ascquiring the Waffen SS Specialisation in the Blitzkrieg Campaign. I don't know if it is the same in the PS4 Version (if there are DLCs at all).
