The rules for the tournament are as follows:
- Player 1 creates a Continent Medium map, year and country map based on the tournament day.
- Map must have 13 victory hexes, if not recreate one (11vh victory condition).
- Select shroud
- select Colonel difficulty
- No positive command trait and choose No-Ovestrength.
- No paratroops rules.
- Only the number of VH is taken into account for each player at the end.
- Bonus for fast victory before turn 13 (+5 points).
In the event of a tie, the player with the highest number of bonus victories, then the result of the two-way matches between the two players.
