problem to start game

hi! i'm french sorry for my english!!
i have a probleme, the instalation of the game is ok and they are no problem during this, but when i start the play, when i arrive on the menu the games doesnt want to start and the computer stop the game and write error, but i have enought mo and go with a big proccessor, can you help me please?

Great Empires: Rome is a Nintendo DS game. Which game are you having trouble with?

I think you mean Commander:Europe at War? You already posted in the forum there.
