General Swifter than Eagles question

Post by MARVIN_THE_ARVN »

Hi all,

Ive finally built up the willpower to rebase some of my 6mm ancients and im getting the Swifter than Eagles book but it wont get to me for a while, so are the majority of foot in a light chariot based army MF? Are they bow or spear/sword? Are they in mixed battle groups? I assume they come in sizes of approx 6-10

Thanks

Con

They vary from army to army.
You'd have to be more specific to get a better answer than this.
Most foot in that book are MF, with some LF and hardly any HF. I don't think there are many mixed groups.
Spaers and bows and swordmen everywhere, but not all armies have all.

Thanks for the reply pezhetairoi, sorry for the vague question but I know very little about armies of this period.

I have alot of light chariots but few heavy chariots so if I base my foot on medium foot bases I should be okay.
