Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector - Orks Tournament open for sign-ups

Do not miss the chance to sign-up to the new Orks Tournament which will feature 3 multiplayer maps:

The first round will commence on Friday, 28th July 2023. No further entries can be accepted after the tournament has begun.

The tournament will last 3 rounds,9 days each. Games are paired, so each matchup will be played both ways. All you need to do is sign up, then the system will pair you with opponents and create your PBEM games. You will be notified by mail of when the tournament is starting and when it will be time to play your turns.

• Round 1 - Mode: Strategic Command - Map: Settlement - Army Size 2000
• Round 2 - Mode: Seize and Control - Map: Imperial Ruins - Army Size 2000
• Round 3 - Mode: Strategic Command - Map: Scrapyard (New Orks Themed Map) - Army Size 2000

I have been trying since the tournament started to get access for the Ork tournament of which I signed up for. I have downloaded and loaded the most recent update v1.03.56.zip 27 July (twice) and when I try to get in the multiplayer to play my 1st round of the tournament. I am getting the following message…”Client version1.3.55 is out of date. Please update your game to connect to multi player”. I have played the tournaments prior to this with no issues.
I did a little research about a 1.3.55 patch that exists… but I can not find it anywhere to download… and I do not know if this is the problem. I am unable to do anything to get in the tournament I signed up for. And the games “check for Updates” button indicates I have the most recent version of the game in place. I have sent this identical message to Slitherine help desk via their email customer service twice with no response whatsoever. …HELP.
