I mean，if a army like Kushite Egyptian 727-656 BC and Thracian 211-51BC,can I use them at period 2?

I believe armies which overlap periods can be used in either, at least that's how it's been generally ruled in past tournaments I've been in. You'd need to insure any ally you select fits the right period.

The main problem in August is the availability of the players, we are all in holidays.

If 20 or 24 teams enter quickly we could extend KO stages to 15 + days

Team Names as well please and your "Coat of Arms", emblem.
