Enabling FoGII HotSeat for battles exported from Empires

I just posted a link to a small FoGII mod allowing to play battles exported from Empires with FoGII HotSeat (by default the FoGII HotSeat option doesn't have any effect on exported battles)

It's cool indeed. Perhaps it's just an oversight of RBS to not enable the button but there might be reasons. I don't see an issue Empires side at least.
