Game Constantly Crashing

I have been playing this game with no problems for about two years. Over the last few weeks it has been crashing everytime I play a game.
The game randomly freezes mid turn, the music keeps playing and after about two minutes it crashes to desktop.
I have tried clearing the cache, deleting all saves and uninstalling/reinstalling, still not fixed. It has made the game basically unplayable. My crash log is below, any ideas?
