Russian version of your mod has the inscription Victory, but you can see that this is a remnant of the Russian version of the original game ...

Ladungsleger II during trials, 1940
Finally, another, very specific engineering machine appeared already during the war. On Guderian's instructions, work was initiated in December 1939 to create a Ladungsleger charge carrier. On the tank was attached a cunning design, at the end of which was a box with 75 kilograms of explosives. Ladungsleger had to drive up to the enemy pillbox and put this very box on it. Basically, Pz.Kpfw.I Ausf.B was converted to this engineering version. But there was also Ladungsleger II. Such machines were at least tested. However, there is information that the Ladungsleger II entered service with the 58th Sapper Battalion as part of the 7th Panzer Division.

And can you win in London ? ( I know that in reality the Germans did not reach their goal with their bombing, but what about the game ? ) )

Coventry: Operation Moonlight Sonata

On November 14, 1940, up to five hundred German bombers almost destroyed the British city of Coventry. The city was a major center of the defense industry, including aviation.

The raid called "Moonlight Sonata" began at night. Wave after wave of Heinkel bombers dropped 56 tons of incendiary bombs, 394 tons of high-explosive bombs and 127 time bombs on the city. In Coventry, about 65,000 buildings (out of 75,000) were burned or damaged. A city with a 1000-year history was destroyed.

The total number of dead that night is estimated at 568 people, 865 were injured.

Over the next two years, Coventry was bombed more than 40 times. As a result, 1,236 people were killed. About 800 are buried in a mass grave in London Road Cemetery.

London: Operation Blitz

On the evening of December 29, 1940, London experienced the most extensive German bomber raid of the entire period of the Second World War. People tried to hide from the bombs at underground metro stations. From the incendiary bombs dropped on the city, more than 15 thousand fires arose, which led to the death of 3600 thousand people. Numerous historical monuments were destroyed, including the administrative center of the city with buildings from the 15th to 17th centuries, and eight churches. St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace were damaged, but survived.

Operation London Blitz began on 7 September 1940 and lasted for 57 consecutive nights, and then with short breaks until 11 May 1941. In total, 18 thousand tons of explosives were dropped on London.

By the end of the war, about 30 thousand residents of London were killed by bombing, 50 thousand were injured.

I approached the Battle of Britain mission with not only planes but also 4 submarines ) But since my entire reserve could not participate in this mission except for aviation, I wanted to ask why it is not possible to install submarines there that would sink ships , and aviation would fight with British fighters and bomb airfields, with radar antennas, and London itself ?

"Sea square map" (literally). It served to transmit the position of the PL by radio. The combination of letters and numbers (here BE 2159) allowed us to determine the exact square. In this case, an area of 6x6 nautical miles southwest of Ireland.

Hi PHCAS,

Could you please answer the question ?

I do not see the need to use my best aircrafts just to get experience, knowing that scenario is unwinnable.
In this case I just attack as less as possible in order to keep my air force intact for the rest of the campaign.

I think that your mod respects history so Seal Lion cannot be won. Is my assumption correct ?

Have you thought of adding the Spanish Civil War as a small starting/training scenario? :)

Hi ,

By testplaying long ago it is possible to win the airwar by the Germans if you play it well.

Remember the Battle of Britain (airwar) realy happened in history, the invasion of Britan (Seelöwe) never happened in history.

If we have time in the future we will make a Seelöwe scenario but we have to do other things first.

Greetings PHCAS

Hi PHCAS,

Thx for your answer.
I shall test it again as standalone scenario.

Does the scenario result affect the campaign ?
Winning the air war, does this have an impact in the amount of British aircrafts in Normandy ?

Scenarios coming from alternate history such as Germany Invading England or the Big clash in Berlin between USSR and Western Allies would be certainly funny to play.

Thx for your hard work and your great mod!

Maybe it would be a good idea to change the game mechanics for parachute units. We currently have paratroopers at the airport and are sending them into action. The plane is at the drop site and we have to wait the whole turn. There is no surprise effect. What if everything was done like bombing? The plane takes off from the airport, flies to the place, and drops the paratroopers (just like a bomber bomb).

from OOB

maybe it could be "all in one" (beng minesweeper meng) taking account its variants, of course as bonus
