And can you win in London ? ( I know that in reality the Germans did not reach their goal with their bombing, but what about the game ? ) )
Coventry: Operation Moonlight Sonata
On November 14, 1940, up to five hundred German bombers almost destroyed the British city of Coventry. The city was a major center of the defense industry, including aviation.
The raid called "Moonlight Sonata" began at night. Wave after wave of Heinkel bombers dropped 56 tons of incendiary bombs, 394 tons of high-explosive bombs and 127 time bombs on the city. In Coventry, about 65,000 buildings (out of 75,000) were burned or damaged. A city with a 1000-year history was destroyed.
The total number of dead that night is estimated at 568 people, 865 were injured.
Over the next two years, Coventry was bombed more than 40 times. As a result, 1,236 people were killed. About 800 are buried in a mass grave in London Road Cemetery.
London: Operation Blitz
On the evening of December 29, 1940, London experienced the most extensive German bomber raid of the entire period of the Second World War. People tried to hide from the bombs at underground metro stations. From the incendiary bombs dropped on the city, more than 15 thousand fires arose, which led to the death of 3600 thousand people. Numerous historical monuments were destroyed, including the administrative center of the city with buildings from the 15th to 17th centuries, and eight churches. St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace were damaged, but survived.
Operation London Blitz began on 7 September 1940 and lasted for 57 consecutive nights, and then with short breaks until 11 May 1941. In total, 18 thousand tons of explosives were dropped on London.
By the end of the war, about 30 thousand residents of London were killed by bombing, 50 thousand were injured.

I approached the Battle of Britain mission with not only planes but also 4 submarines ) But since my entire reserve could not participate in this mission except for aviation, I wanted to ask why it is not possible to install submarines there that would sink ships , and aviation would fight with British fighters and bomb airfields, with radar antennas, and London itself ?
