Scenario Access...

Hello!
I was curious...is there a way/method of accessing/playing a scenario in a given
campaign?

Or are you pretty much forbidden/doomed to have to go through campaign mode before
you get to it?

All scenarios for campaigns are under the path PanzerCorps2/Content/Campaigns, you can run them directly from the editor, or copy them into the PanzerCorps2/Content/Scenarios folder and run them from the Scenario option in game. However, remember that these scenarios are made for the campaign and not meant to be played alone, which means there would be problems like no core units /no prestige available because you run the scenario alone, which is not the intended behaviour.

After I made my post I did think there would be some wonkiness due to no core units or
prestige.
