Problem with sounds in game. Help, please!

Greetings.
In connection with the start of the tournament, I started playing this wonderful game again. But unexpectedly I ran into a very strange problem. When starting the game in the menu and directly in the missions, I hear an intermittent "ragged" sound. This is very frustrating and kills all the fun of the gameplay.
I have never come across something like this before. Interestingly, in other Steam games everything works as it should. The problem is only with Panzer Corps 2.
I tried the solutions suggested on the Internet - nothing helped. Checking the files and reinstalling the game did nothing either.
I kindly ask for help in solving this problem.
