Have never been able to get any part of Swifter than Eagles to play. any ideas?

I bought the DLC the second it came out. I thought it would probably work b/c every other part of the game does. Probably not too many people have rin the game like this.

Mac OS Monterrey > Parallels Desktop > Windows 11 arm64 I can also run the game and have it installed under a Crossover bottle under Mac Os.

I’ve gone as far as allocating 14gb ram when attempting to run the DLC under Windows and all 4 CPU cores (M1).\

If I can’t get it to work, can I gift my DLC to someone?

I don't know of any reason why the Swifter than Eagles content would not work if the rest of the current version of the game does. I presume you have added the Swifter than Eagles serial number in the launcher (or wherever the right place is with a Mac build?)

Although running the game on a Mac is unsupported, they may have helpful ideas.

So what is the current state of affairs? That you can run all of the game successfully, just not the StE content? Or that updating the game (as required by the DLC) has stopped it working entirely?

What happens now if you try and run the game?

Ok, here goes

Mac OS Monterrey installed and fully upgraded and patched.
Parallels Desktop installed. Not on most recent version.
Crossover most recent version installed and updated.
Windows 11 arm64 installed and updated under Parallels

I deleted the entire installation and am starting over.

Currently installing 1.6.6 from a network drive.
Currently installing the 1.6.7 update
Currently installing the Swifter than Eagles DLC (first this time before installing the other DLC's. And..

It works! On my unworking installation the other DLS's were installed first, then the update and finally Swifter than Eagles (in chronological order of availability to me).

Tomorrow I'm going to try and installed the other DLC's in sequential order of appearance/purchase.

I will update this thread tomorrow.
