The multiplayer is blocked at "checking serial key" ?

I've reinstalled the game but the game remians blocked to "checking serial key" when enetiring multiplayer sesion. Is there anybody from game forum that can give me any tip?

I really love this game but now is very frustrating because I cannot enter.... :(
