For atmosphere or immersion units should have historical names. The units in the game appear to have regimental names like "87th Line" while the actual scale seems to be somewhere between corps and divisional.

Pip: On all three games my FPS are between 60 and 20. I think, I thought that the mouse lags most on LT because the first few scenarios I opened on LT had heavily forested areas. Seems the FPS plummets and lag soars with the number of soldiers and the number of trees on the screen. Make any sense?

I have the same problem. Am playing with the "unlock" file (scenario outside campaign) with 1.6.7 patch. On exiting deployment a US Victory event is triggered, every time.

OK, I have it. I needed to install the last two manual patches before I got the in game update menu option.

Slitherine site says to use the game menu "check for updates." I do so and I get right back to the Slitherine page which states, you guessed it, "use the in game check for updates." I give up, how do I update ?

O.K. I got it to run. Re-installed FOG and patched to 1.03. Then ran ROR expansion and it works. I believe the download section states that 1.10 is an all-inclusive patch. Would it be possible to identify the "missing file" and manually install it?? To state the obvious, I can't run the game at all.

FOG alone runs fine. But if I patch it to 1.10, I get the same result as expanding to ROR. The problem seems to be with 1.10 whether applied itself or with the expansion. I just ordered ROR, downloaded and now I can't run Field of Glory at all. It says I'm missing a file. Can I redownload ROR. And how do I do so. I did not pay for extended download.

I didn't copy my order number because the download seemed fine. I do, of course have my serial number.
