Population/Army cap considerations

I have noticed playing MP that you are given some army unit limit, usually about 30, limiting how many units you can field at any one point in time. This is a good idea in principle, to force some strategic thought into army organisation and to prevent the game from being clogged with too many units...

Hey there,

If you guys are interested, I can make a spreadsheet of values that would make the weapon ranges (to start) in sync with 40K values, as for penetration I will have to look into that more but the same idea will apply.
