Sadly I can't get my hands on windows right now Maybe in a month or two, guess I'll just have towait till then, unless we get a Linux version of the game. (Please please please!)

Thank you. I'll try this, though I'm not sure it'll work. My problem isn't getting the game to start, it's advancing turns. But every little helps!

As an update I've now also tried it in both virtual desktop and without. Playing without produced some nasty graphical bugs where all the graphics and such seemed misaligned and such, that went away eventually but still the advance turn button seems broken.

Yeah, sounds exactly like the same problem. Except I can never advance turn,so I'm stuck on the first turn. Shame, I was loving this game when I played it on windows.
