Same here, I got a notification earlier to give it a try and it seems to have been cleared up. No indication what the issue was though the tech did say it wasn't an account issue.

I recently bought a new gaming system to replace my aging Win10 machine and Empires runs just as well on Win11 as it did on Win10. Since system configurations vary wildly, all the usual disclaimers apply.

I do a mix of both. If I have time for a large set piece battle I'll go for FOGII, otherwise for smaller battles I'll resolve with FOGE. I would love to see it. I've played many full campaigns of CWII and it certainly qualifies as one of the better (if not best) operational representations of the ACW.
