fixed it, uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers.

The game starts up fine, but when i start a game everything is fine except the unit models are solid black, and when i scroll the screen i get severe tracers over most of the screen and strange colours appearing. I have up to date graphics drivers and directx, openGL 2.1.4 supported if memory serves...
