I just bought these games 2 weeks ago from their website, are you saying I have old versions of the game?

You guys have great games but it is a let down that I have yet to be able to play "The Great War" which I zip a game and sent it waiting. Now I am crashing in "Europe at War" Can any techs spot what is happening?

Same thing The Great War crashes at AI turn 12/118 26 Nov 1914. I did a complete new install and still no luck. Anyone else have this happening.

Game crashes at 12/118 26 Nov 1914 every time. But the time I got an error message saying incorrect serial number please re-install. So I uninstalled the game and downloaded putting my serial numbers in from your purchase e-mail again. So we will see if that works.

Game crashes on AI turn after about 20 plays consistently. Works great until then very hard fought games and then right in the heat poof. Windows 7 64bit
