A simple question,

A- I can take measure allways? (like Flame of war)
B-I can take measure before declare charge (like WFantasy) or i only measure when i do the charge?
C-In what page are rules to measure?.

I have field of glory book and Rise of rome army book.
In some list there are troop type mob, loke women, children and old men in the spartacus slave revolt. I search in the rules book and don't find the mob type. Where is?.

Can anybody tell me the status of mob or where i find?
