so i downloaded an older version of community patch from here

It is an 1.4 GB version which include game executable.
Then i unzipped.
Then i put in that folder steam_api.dll and steam_api.ini from the steam version of ...

I manage to made to work community patch too.

So your mod doesent need comunity patch?
Even if fourth weapon parameters are not show correctly!
