Ah, okay. I don't do anything to the maps that isn't strictly out of the in-game editor, but I do sometimes add a good bit of non-LOS-blocking bushes and individual trees for camouflage, so my guess is that's probably what you ran into in the scenario.

Thanks for the .dds files Pip, but unfortunately that didn't help. Those are exactly the same as the core texture files I still have. I copied them into my BA2/Data/Battle/UnitTextures folder anyway to give it a try (and temporarily renamed the originals by appending an 'a' at the end of their filen...

Since I've managed to screw up the core texture files for the soviet Churchill III, can anybody send the originals to me so I can replace them in my BA2 files?

Nope, changing the victory conditions didn't fix it. It still goes into overtime. Oh well, nothing wrong with having to slaughter everyone, I suppose. It is the Russian Front, after all...

Well, sonuvabeehatch! Paint me stupid. I suspect that will fix a lot of my problems when I stop setting confusing parameters... So, if I were to check the "Side 1" box and leave the "side 0" box empty, then the game will award a victory to "Side 1" if "Side 0"...

If I set a turn limit when I design the scenario, why does the game decide it should keep going?
