I did not intentionally save to the server during replay, but maybe my opponent did? Or maybe the iPad did when the lock screen came on? I don't know whether this happened, but it seems that it should not cause a problem either way.

However, one thing that I found missing (and that I enjoyed quite a bit in Steel Panthers) is intentional and unintentional smoke—will you consider adding visibility effects to BA2?

I found a random open game and accepted to play as axis forces on the German invite map. Now, suddenly, in turn five, I'm (repeatedly) seeing a non-sensical replay of the German (!) force...
