Bit confused, it says in the list that going for the Nordlingen option you can chose up to half the army points from the later 30 years war german list. Does this mean from the mainlater 30 years war german army list or the allies list?

Hello Id like to put together the above army using the German states list in Trade and Treachery. I think that the Gendarmes could easily be Breteren and that whatever cities and towns the knights controlled could still put out a militia but what about mercenaries and cannon?
