When is this supplement due for release in the UK is it the 10th April 2009 or 21st April 2009?

I have noticed on looking through the new supplement "Decline and Fall - Byzantium at war" that the Trapezitoi troop type is not mentioned either as Cav or LH in any of ths Byzantine lists. Is there a reason for this or have they just been overlooked? I am sure there are quite a few people...

I have built up this army and would like to organise it for FoG.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give in constructing an army list. I did not notice any such lists in any of the Beta army lists.
