my connection is bang on:) maybe when i copied game from hdd to dvd it corrupted ,so could i have download client again? and do a clean install please?

trying to start multiplayer game....keep getting error code 1 not enough data ...reinstalled fog and storm of arrows still getting same issue ...my highlanders are getting restless they might desert me...

how? where? do i reinstall game again....drive crash and lost every thing game and pass words there must be some wjere on slitherine that knows ive bought the game and can re-send me the download and security
