Re:
I would say the answer is the changes will not be enough it matter. The only v2 advice that I think is warrented is don't invest in a pure LH and LF army. But an army with MF and Cv is going to be just fine. I already have a Parthian/Kushan army and am planning on getting back into the game. When v...

Some great points to get me thinking, especially around the size of the pike BG's! I have been looking through the list again and wondered if anyone had any experience using a mob BG? One problem I have with Seleucids is the fairly small frontage at times because of the pike blocks, expensive Cavalr...

Late Seleucid 650pt -> 800pt
I have a Seleucid army that I have started painting but before I do any more, I want to get a list sorted firstly for 650pts, and then another 150pts to make it up to 800pts. I would rather not paint a number of models only to find I will have a poor mix or should have different sized BG's. If you c...

Bobm - I know exactly where you are coming from. I had prices bumped up and money taken from my account without any authorisation and also the VAT on postage. This was then followed by mails saying I could either like it or send the models back for £7-9 postage out of my own money. Would never order...

Assyrian Army List
Hi guys,
Just a quickie from a newbie. Is there an Assyrian list yet and if so which book is it in? I have looked on the site and I can't see any kind of index as to which lists are in each book.
Many thanks
G

Problems with Essex Miniatures UK
I am just getting back into ancients (the FOG rulebook drew me in!) and chose Seleucids to start with. After seeing Essex had an offer on I ordered a starter army using their offer (£60 less 10% = £54), which I thought was a good place to start. The postage was £8.50 so I expected to pay £62.50 tota...

Spartan Army
I am new to seeing FOG but from what I have read it looks really interesting (never really got into DBM or DBMM). I would like to get a Spartan army to start the game. What I would like to know is: 1) Where would I find the Spartan army list so I can work out what I need to buy? 2) Xyston seem to do...
