where do you see that? From the weather chart in the manual (p. 136) there is no chance at all of fair weather in November for North/East Europe and I got two straight turns of fair Nov. weather.

I've had several players quit on me mid-game without explanation. Sometimes when things are going horribly for them and other times when it is up in the air. Unfortunately the AAR's using the 2.1 blitz skip over the early steps so as not to give away their strategy.
