I am trying to build a Saxon 1809 Army from the new Triumph of Nations Supplement and it looks like the Saxons are allowed three Divisions.

If I add an allied Bavarian or Wurttemburg Division am I allowed to add it as a fourth division or am I still limited to three divisions overall?
