Norse-Irish List (Book 2 page 123)

In the Norse-Irish list (in Book 2 p122) The bullet about Irish ally-commanders … ‘but the troops in the contingent are deducted from the maxima and minima in the main list’. So if my ally has the 2x8s and the 1x6 of the ‘Other Warriors’ then the MAIN list does not need to have any?

HF rout speed

When a unit of heavy foot routs does it go 3 ins if enemy are within 5 and 4 ins if outside 5. It seems a bit strange if you rout slower when the enemy are chasing you.

I used to do painting (in exchange for figures) for the late, great Peter Gilder. He showed me an amazing technique he used for horses. It was in the days when acrylics weren't so popular and most used oil-based Humbrol enamels.

Hi Chris - Terry is hopeful the new V3 Book 3 will be out in time for Britcon. If it's not then we'll be using the existing lists which sadly do not have polearms.

I say sadly because the lists I am considering will almost certainly feature polearms in their revised versions.

The warband in a 'normal' block has just routed a unit ...
