In Heroes of Normandie my cursor is way off the spot that want to click on. How can I rectify this?

I purchased the Rangers file and downloaded it. I saw the download all the way to "finish", but I'm not sure if it was also installed. I don't see any Rangers in the skirmish section. I see Sgt. Pepper, but when I click on him the box says it's available for purchase.
