need help to...i marked setting "windows" but when playing i can only move map right-left not up and down with my mouse pointer

setting the resulution att 1000x200 or somthing...the lowest in the setting...when starting... the screen go black... saying change to 1600x...and i can hear the game running ...this is after intro...

ok...i dont care much about the balance..handicap helps out there..so there isent any camp on mp?...so now i have to play each scenario and cant build a core force...will there be a mp camp in future?
