I don't know about the SdKfz 10/4 but the SdKfz 251/1 including the SE SdKfz 251/1 don't have any sounds. I've tried the"efx.pzdat" file but it does nothing. I noticed it first in the Greece scenario for the 42 East campaign but it affects the Africa Korps too.
